Description

For the 15th birthday of the Extended Master Organization and Management Studies, we invited the program's alumni and the partner organizations to meet, explore, and connect around the challenges they see and have to face in the near and distant future. The recurring theme was that navigating organizational change by balancing stability and adaptability in an age of digitalization is a major axis around which many challenges revolve or relate to.
