Description
Discussing the case C-563/22 SN LN delivered in June 2024 on refugee protection for applicants of Palestinian origin. I think this may be an asylum case of general interest because the CJEU restrictively interprets international refugee law with a cascade effect on how national courts should interpret international rules and principles. The summary of the case is available here: https://curia.europa.eu/jcms/upload/docs/application/pdf/2024-06/cp240100en.pdf| Period | 11 Sept 2024 |
