Description
Member of the group of experts on the digitalization of infrastructures (‘DIGEX’), coordinated by Professors Juan José Montero and Matthias Finger (Florence School of Regulation - EUI). The DIGEX project resulted in the publication of an edited book (A Modern Guide to the Digitalization of Infrastructure) which includes a chapter written by me on the digitalization of another important utility sector, the drinking water sector.
