Description

The international conference was held at Leiden University on 8 and 9 July 2022. It brought together researchers and practitioners from around the world to discuss the evolving role of the judiciary in addressing complex and contentious social and political issues.

On the second day, I presented the paper "Scientific evidence as a source of legitimacy in climate litigation: Insights from courts in the Netherlands and Germany" in the panel "Social Science Perspectives on Public Interest Litigation".
