Description

Moderation of a discussion panel on procedural legitimacy with legal professionals from the United States and the Netherlands, including scholars, public interest lawyers, mediators, judges, and monitors responsible for overseeing the implementation of court orders related to institutional reform in prison and foster care systems. The workshop was organised by Professors David Marcus (UCLA), Rob van Gestel (Tilburg University), and Elbert de Jong (Utrecht University) as part of an international collaboration within the NWO project Supreme Courts in Quest for Legitimacy in Public Interest Cases.
