Each year the Fiscal Institute Tilburg organizes, in joint venture with the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, the International Conference Tax Treaty Case Law Around the Globe.

Our conference, spanning five continents, features experts from different jurisdictions who will present and discuss the most relevant decisions from their countries. With a comprehensive coverage of tax treaty cases, our program is designed around eight distinct sessions, each focusing on key topics identified as "baskets."
