The Begian newspaper De Standaard published a report on the recruitment and exploitation of Ukrainian workers on the labour market. Jan Cremers (TLS) was one of the experts that was interviewed. He explained how this recruitment is arranged through all kind of 'artificial' agencies and criticised the lack of effective instruments to tackle these practices.
