The data provided in this file contains the data package for the PhD research project: "Career Mobility of non-European Fulltime Master’s Graduates from European Higher Education Institutions." The project focuses on 4 different topics (see chapters 2-5 of the dissertation, including mobility decisions, career-related learning, career management, and career pathways) and is based on the analysis of qualitative in-depth interviews with 28 graduates from European research universities in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom.
