Data for "Is Sorry Enough? Cross-Cultural Similarities and Differences in People’s Evaluation of the Content of Political Apologies for Human Rights Violations"

Dataset includes data from a cross-national experimental survey (32 countries, N = 11,111) to examine how people evaluate the content of an apology offered by or to their country for past human right violations, and how this varies as a function of whether the broader cultural context emphasizes the collective and the maintenance of face or honor.
