Organisation profile
Solving complex societal challenges—such as reducing school dropouts, advancing sustainability, or managing pandemics—requires collaboration in organizational networks. Yet, current supervision models focus on individual organizations and are ill-suited for network dynamics. This project explores innovative supervision arrangements that assess and support network performance. Key questions include: What forms of external and internal oversight foster effective collaboration? How can conflicting loyalties be addressed? Using design research, we will co-create and test new approaches with inspection agencies and networks in education, health care, housing, and safety. The goal is to generate actionable insights that improve both supervision and societal problem-solving.
