Tilburg Law School offers highly-ranked national and international education and research in law and public administration. TLS’s research focuses on responsiveness, adaptability and resilience in the fields of law and governance, with particular regard to the societal developments (globalization, technological developments) that lawyers of the future will face. We combine this focus with the question of how the normative perspective, which is inherent in law and governance, can serve as a guideline for understanding, and where possible managing, societal developments.
