Research interests

Ana is a PhD researcher at Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society (TILT). As part of the Digital Legal Lab, a cross-university research collaboration on law and digital technologies funded through the Dutch Law Sector Plan, her doctoral research focuses on privacy and data protection, consumer and contract law in the context of online large platforms' processing of personal data.

Ana is also a member of the Management Committee of the Data Protection Scholars' Network, which aims to facilitate academic exchanges between international researchers working in the field of data protection law, in Europe and beyond.
