Personal profile

Research interests

Currently, I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Public Law & Governance, where I contribute to the project 'Judicial law-making in a global legal order' led by Professors Rob van Gestel and Jurgen de Poorter. In particular, I am exploring how some non-European Courts such as the the Supreme Court of India operates in public interest cases - what method does the Court use to engage with facts, figures, and data, what is the methodology, etc. I am carrying out this research from the perspective of the judicial process and the use of various judicial methods. My research interests also comprise Courts as a forum for change, human rights, and access to justice.
