Career

Anne Lafarre is associate professor at Tilburg Law School and the Tilburg program director of the Joint Bachelor’s Program in Data Science (with the Technical University of Eindhoven). In 2017, she obtained her PhD cum laude from Tilburg University. She received a VENI research grant from the Dutch organisation NWO to study the role of shareholders in sustainable companies from June 2021 onwards. Her research interests are sustainable finance, sustainable corporate governance, and the application of (new and classical) empirical methods in legal research. She is honoured to be a member and vice-president of the TYA since autumn 2021.
