Career

Anne Lafarre is full professor in corporate law and finance, and the program director of the Dutch bachelor's specialisation and master's degrees 'Ondernemingsrecht' at Tilburg Law School. She is also program leader of the research program 'Connecting Responsible Organizations' and part of the management team of the Private, Business and Labour Law (PBLL) department of Tilburg Law School.

In 2017, she obtained her PhD cum laude from Tilburg University. She received a VENI research grant from the Dutch organisation NWO to study the role of shareholders in sustainable companies from June 2021 onwards. 

Within the research program Connecting Responsible Organizations, her work focuses on various topics, including corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, global value chains and corporate sustainability due diligence, and data analytics and empirical legal analysis.
