Research interests

Professor Bronnenberg studies consumer demand for durable and healthier food categories, distribution/retailing and the effects of convenience on consumer choice, the persistence of branding effects and intangible marketing capital, and (online) search behavior. His research has appeared in top business and economic journals and he's been the recipient of several best paper awards in these journals. His editorial roles currently focus on the International Journal of Research in Marketing (associate editor), and  Quantitative Marketing and Economics (co-editor). In the past he has held similar roles at the Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing ScienceManagement Science, and the Journal of Marketing
