Research Output per year
Caia is lecturer and researcher with the Department of Public Law & Governance. She teaches different courses relating to fundamental rights, migration law and constitutional law. Her research concerns the issue of statelessness. More specifically, she studies European legal instruments that could contribute to preventing and solving statelessness in light of the changing conceptions of nationality and citizenship, and the (international) right to a nationality.
Caia studied at Tilburg University, where she obtained the LLM International and European Public Law and the LLM Research Master in Law cum laude.
