Personal profile

Research interests

Broadly, my research interests lie at the intersection of emotion regulation, personality disorders (mainly psychopathy), and aggression/antisocial behavior. More specifically, my current research projects are aimed at: 1) untangling different emotion regulation processes and their relations with psychopathic traits and aggressive behavior; 2) elucidating the motive disposition (i.e., affiliation, antagonism) associated with psychopathic traits; 3) examining the developmental trajectories of self-and emotion regulation, and their relations to psychopathic traits and deviant behavior in juvenile and adult offenders.
