Research interests

The research project of Claudia Quelle concerns the responsibility of controllers under the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as the role of individual choice or data subject control within this legal framework.

Keywords: the risk-based approach, accountability, informational self-determination, data subject control, the right to the protection of personal data, data protection impact assessments, small-scale sovereignty, proceduralism in data protection law
