Personal profile

Research interests

As a political scientist, I am mostly interested in political systems and institutions (democratic or otherwise). My doctoral research centers on the effect of so-called 'mini-publics' on the legitimacy of public decisions. Although I am versed in various research methods and techniques, I prefer to approach these and other issues from a quantitative perspective.
