Erik Brouwer

Erik Brouwer is Full Professor of Competiton and Innovation. His chair is financed by the ACM.

Erik Brouwer is sinds september 2017 also Head of Big Data Science at SEO Amsterdam Economics. Erik objectifies and rationalizes clients? choices by disentangling and isolating the main effects that affect the clients with the use of Big Data Science and economic theory.

Since 2012 he is working as Director Risk at Leaseplan. In his previous positions at PwC, he has managed numerous projects in the following fields: competition economics & regulation,measuring innovation and knowledge exchange at the firm level,evaluation of government funded R&D activities, brand valuation,conjoint analysis, willingness to pay & optimal pricing. In his current position at LeasePlan he is quantifying and mitigating risk (asset, credit and insurance risk)
