Research interests

Dr Vieira has expertise in law and development, climate justice, the business & human rights agenda, socioenvironmental rights and interdisciplinary and critical approaches to international law. Her current research examines the crossroads for just transition policies in Brazil and in Latin America, based in human rights perspectives from the bellow and decolonial approaches. Flávia is also interested in research dedicated to law and cinema and law and architecture.
