Research interests
I'm Heleen Robben, a researcher with a broad background in art history, medieval studies, literature studies and Theology.
My current research combines the quantitative method of Historical Network Analysis with conventional qualitative methods such as archival research. In february of 2024, I will be a scholar in residence at the Lay Centre in Rome where I will spend my time conducting research in the Vatican Archives.
