Research interests

In my research, I focus on the influence of behavioral characteristics and outcomes in operational settings. My primary research settings are warehouses and restaurants, but I am also interested in several other domains such as humanitarian logistics, negotiations and truck transportation. In terms of research methodologies, I use a combination of behavioral (lab & field) experiments, secondary data analysis, and surveys.
