Research interests
I am a PhD student at the department of Econometrics & Operations Research. I am mainly interested in the field of pension finance and actuarial science, in which I search for an optimal way to enhance income stability of retirees and hedge against longevity risk in the post-retirement period.
My PhD position is currently funded by the Life Insurance Social Contribution Committee in Korea, and I am under the supervision of prof. dr. T. Nijman and prof. dr. A. D. Waegenaere.
