Research interests

Karina van de Voorde her research is focused on aligning the Organizational Behavior/Occupational Health Psychology orientation towards the topic of HRM and organizational performance.



After she graduated (cum laude) (2005) in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University, she was appointed as junior teacher at the department of Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University. In 2006 she started to work on her dissertation about HRM, employee well-being and organizational performance: A balanced perspective. In January 2010 she obtained her PhD (cum laude). Druing 2010-2012 she worked as assistant professor at the Radboud University (department of Work and Organizational Psychology). As of 2012 Karina van de Voorde is an assistant professor at the department of Human Resource Studies.
