Personal profile

Research interests

I aim to understand the drivers of strategic social behavior within organizations and how managerial decisions can influence these behaviors to create greater value. Evidence suggests that value creation is greatly affected by how organizations rethink the way in which they operate considering the diverse networks of interactions created, sustained, and activated by different actors driven by diverse motives. My research agenda focuses on disentangling strategic behavior and network content from network structure, with the intention of moving the academic discussion from independent effects to complementary effects of networks of different nature and challenging the assumption that network structure mirrors network content and behavior.

Social Networks, organization, strategic management.
