Personal profile

Research interests

I am interested in understanding the drivers of strategic social behavior within organizations and how managerial decisions can influence these behaviors to create greater value. I intend to move the academic discussion from independent effects to complementary effects of networks of different nature, and to challenge the assumption that network structure mirrors network content and behavior.

Social Networks, organization, strategic management.
