Research interests
My research concerns sustainability and entrepreneurship. I am currently working on publications about sustainable food trucks and the world of honest coffee.
What certainly helps me in my research is my experience in teaching the course Sustainabble Entrepreneurship. In addition, I also teach Operations Managment for IBA; a course that never becomes boring because it is about real companies and real challenges.
