Personal profile

Research interests

My research focuses on lean management (also known as the successful Toyota production system). More specifically the application of the lean management principles in a logistics environment, with special reference to process improvement and worker motivation. Based on the project 'Lean logistics, more value with people' we developed a method to train logistic service providers mastering the lean principles within there own company.
