Research interests

Nola Cammu a senior researcher at the University of Tilburg (Sociology). She holds a master in Law from the University of Brussels (VUB), a master in Gender, Media and Culture from Goldsmiths, University of London and a PhD in family law from the university of Antwerp. Her research interests include socio-legal approaches to family studies, alternative family formation, the role of gender in family policy, human reproduction and qualitative research methods.

Currently she is involved in the NWO-M research project ''The end of babies? A mixed-methods study of narratives about the future, societal pessimism, and voluntary childlessness among Dutch adults" with Katya Ivanova (PI) and Elizabeth Young (1/03/24 → 31/08/26).
