Personal profile
Career
I’m thrilled to introduce myself as a new PhD candidate at the Zero Hunger Lab. My academic journey began at TU Munich, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Over the past 1.5 years, I have worked as a software engineer at an AI/optimization startup in Munich, gaining valuable experience that I am excited to apply to my research. At the Zero Hunger Lab, I will leverage data science to address global food security challenges in collaboration with the Alliance of Bioversity & CIAT. My PhD project will focus on using operations research to enhance food and nutrition security. I am driven by a passion to make a meaningful impact — one that extends beyond theoretical research to provide real-world solutions.
