Personal profile

Research interests

My work examines how contextual factors, such as organisational practices, labour market demand, and social policy, interact with individual characteristics to shape career outcomes. To do this, I take an interdisciplinary approach, drawing from sociology, organisational psychology, HRM, labour economics, and public policy. Through this lens, I aim to contribute to research and policy that promote inclusive labour markets and support sustainable career development.

Teaching

I am involved in teaching the Master’s course Inclusive HRM and I supervise Bachelor’s and Master’s students in writing their theses.
