Career

In 2019, I earned my master's degree in criminal law (cum laude) from Radboud University Nijmegen. I then worked at a criminal law firm in Amsterdam and Den Bosch before becoming a lecturer in criminal law at Tilburg University, where I secured a PhD scholarship. My doctoral research examines the role of criminal law in controlling ransomware attacks and mitigating their impact.
