The Joyce and Robert Hogan Award for Personality and Work Performance recognizes a written work that best exemplifies excellence and innovation in applied personality research in the field of I-O psychology.

Nominated research should advance the understanding of the role of personality in job performance. The written work can take various forms, for example, journal articles, books, book chapters, technical reports, conference proceedings, or online publications. The award is open to scholarly research, research reviews, or in-company research.
