Project Details
Description
The project focuses on combinatorial aspects in game theory. The approach is the interaction between combinatorial problems and combinatorial games. The research has been successful in the past and resulted in several classes of interesting games (e.g. assignment games, travelling salesman games, sequencing games). The project aims to introduce new classes of games as well as refining existing classes of games. Another approach will be to investigate the combinatorial structures that are present in any game. For instance looking at the structure of the core, and other solution concepts. Finally, attention will also be paid to the practical applicability of game theory.
