Fundaments for the jurisdiction to prosecute and adjudicate transnational crime, more specific traffic in women and smuggling people

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

Current forms of national and international criminal law cannot handle today's transnational crimes e.g. traffic in women and smuggling people. Penal law has to be provided with new principles and statements that are not based on the concept of the national state. It is my aim to develop these new principles and statements for the crimes traffic in women and smuggling people.
