Project Details
Description
The project aims at selecting a uniform electoral system for the European Parliament. To this end, the election rules of the memberstater of the EC and the methods of apportioning seats will be compared on the basis of the features of their outcomes in game theoretical models. Furthermore, the effect of the implementation of these rules and methods on the present distribution of seats in the European Parliament will be analysed.
