NWO grant for start-up AINAR
Layman's description
Around 35% of people experience anxiousness, nausea, dizziness or even fainting when they need a venipuncture. Furthermore, it causes problems, delays or failed blood draws or injections, leading to high healthcare costs. At Ainar, we are developing an artificial intelligent driven smartphone game that you can play prior to the venipuncture. Ainar ‘sees’ signs of fear or fainting, before you feel it yourself, and then helps you prevent and control escalation. In this project, we will validate Ainar and bring it to market, helping millions to conquer their needle fear, and to make healthcare more accessible and affordable.
