Regulatory reform and transition economies

The field of industrial organization is changing very fast. Due to the global economic integration, regulatory reform (particularly deregulation) plays a more important role in the operations of modern market economy than before. Yet there is still lack of study on how it works in a transition economy. The research will probe into this question, making use of the relevant theories and the deregulation practices in the western world. The project focuses on the external organization of an economy.
