Description
The research objective is to obtain an improved
understanding of the impact that 'vertical restraints'
(i.e. the contractual relations between producers and
their distributors) may have on competition in the
market. To this end, the extent to which current
(European) policies on vertical restraints (as
embodied in the jurisprudence) comply with insights
from economic theory will be investigated.
