    Description

    In a longitudinal design, the project describes the quantitative and qualitative development of Dutch vocabulary in monolingual indigenous and bilingual ethnic minority children from their fourth to ninth year. The main focus is development in growth (`breadth�) and the relation with rule-governed and/or associated-pairs learning behavior of morphological complex words (e.g. conjugation), with cognitive abilities (e.g. definition) and with textual abilities with respect to cohesion and coherence.
