Abstract
The right to access government information is a fundamental right for citizens: without information, it is impossible to scrutinize the government. Despite the fundamental nature of this 'right' to government information, its exercise in practice proves to be quite challenging. As a result, citizens can also be vulnerable in their information position vis-& agrave;-vis the government. This contribution explores specific manifestations of administrative vulnerability within the right to access government information and (the lack of) legal responses to it.
