    Abstract

    This chapter explores the integration of AI in risk management within software project management, starting with key risk concepts, categorization, and models used to assess and address potential threats. It then covers the core stages of risk management, including planning, identification, analysis, response strategies, and monitoring, with a focus on how AI improves efficiency and accuracy in each step. The chapter further examines specific AI applications in risk management, highlighting how machine learning models can predict and mitigate risks. Lastly, it discusses the benefits and challenges of adopting AI-driven risk management strategies.
