Abstract
Amerikanen onderschatten tijdens hun werkzame leven het belang van hun ‘social security’ oftewel hun staatspensioen. Pas op het moment dat men gepensioneerd is vindt de meerderheid het staatspensioen de belangrijkste bron en privaat pensioen blijkt minder belangrijk.
