Abstract
This is a commentary on Article 11 of the ELI Draft Model Rules on online platforms. Article 11 imposes an information duty on online platforms to clarify their status as an intermediary, as well as a duty to inform about the supplier's professional status (trader/private capacity). This commentary provides for a critical analysis of this provision in the light of its legal (EU) context and unclarity
