Abstract
The fifteen contributions from the members of the Economic Impact Group (EIG) covered many of the main themes of the academic DCFR, certainly as regards contract law. The first part of this conclusion revisits basic principles which came through the various contributions and underpinned the work of the EIG. The second part briefly reviews the outcomes reached in reach of the contributions seen together.
