Abstract

Following the publication of the original article, the authors would like to correct the sentence under the background heading.

The sentence currently reads: For Cluster-C PD costs in the Netherlands are estimated between 48,000 and 79,000 euros per person per year and consist of elevated health costs, patient and family costs, productivity losses, and costs in other sectors.

The sentence should read: For Cluster-C PD costs in the Netherlands are estimated between 12,000 and 13,500 euros per person per year (in 2007 prices) and consist of elevated health costs, patient and family costs, productivity losses, and costs in other sectors.
