Abstract

This revised and updated contribution examines the (possible) relationship between letterbox companies and practices in the labour market that appear to be ‘perfectly legal’ but may be questionable or illegal, not only from a moral point of view. The paper explores the scientific knowledge about letterbox companies in the form of national and foreign companies and elaborates notions introduced in an earlier paper version.
