Abstract

Dit proefschrift onderzocht in welke mate de Human Resource Management (HRM) functie gebaat is bij de opkomst van analytics in het managen van personeel op basis van data-gedreven inzichten en bewijsvoering. Specifiek is onderzocht hoe zogenoemde people analytics kan worden toegepast met betrekking tot de internationale uitzendingen van personeelsleden.
