Data-driven shared decision making on cancer treatment

Abstract

This poster gives an overview of the current NWO data2person project on data-driven shared decision making for cancer patients. Currently, (1) three systematic reviews have been carried out, (2) a prediction model for quality of life outcomes was created using latent-class analysis, (3) a prototype data-to-text system explaining these outcomes was developed and (4) a questionnaire measuring patients' information preferences with respect to personalized statistics is constructed.
